Also den Teig zu einem ganz normalen Sauerteig verarbeitet und doch zum B\u00e4cker gefahren&#8230; Heute nachmittag war dann auch mein Teig bereit zum Backen, aber Br\u00f6tchen sollten es jetzt nicht mehr werden.
