Test mit Kamut"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Nun wollte ich doch mal eine neue Getreidesorte ausprobieren. Im M\u00fchlenladen \u00fcberlegte ich zwischen Kamut und Emmer hin und her. Die Auswahl fiel auf &#8230; Kamut!<\/p>\n<p>Heute also das erste mal mit Kamut gebacken. Das Mehl hat einen leichten Gelbstich ansonsten nichts Auff\u00e4lliges. Ich habe auch noch Weizen 550 untergemischt und wieder Backmalz dazu gegeben.
